emilymitchell: In the first two panels, the two guys are insulting the main character. Now forget the next panels and imagine this: the guy can’t think of anything to say back and leaves in disgrace. An hour later, he realizes that he should have insulted them back with “your mom”, and that would have been the perfect comeback. He goes home mad because those two people bullied him and he couldn’t do anything about it. Now far in the future, he gets a time machine. He goes back to that day and says what he should have said. The bullies are shocked at the time travel and also that it was the perfect comeback. The main character is happy that his future self saved the day. His future, old self is happy that he doesn’t have that bad memory anymore.

If I had a time machine I would go back in time till yesterday and give myself instructions on how to make the time machine, hence I will never have a time machine!
