In the last frame, the other dinosaurs (his parents and presumably a professional) are throwing away the vegetables while encouraging him to eat a goat -- the thought of which makes him nauseous. The idea is that they see his vegetable-eating lifestyle as regrettable, and are staging an intervention to try and get him to mend his ways. Like humans might stage an intervention with a family member who abuses drugs or alcohol. (I'm not sure why I've assumed the dinosaur is male, but I have.
