Post-Halloween Stress Disorder
Making this comic made me really hungry for some Snickers™. So delicious! And a great compensation for demolished mental stability.

Minner meg om noe Terje gjorde en gang. Freddie-maske og livredd kid. :)

If you’re implying that this strip is a rip-off, I’m pretty sure you’re wrong. Judging by the consistent originality of Kristian’s work, this is probably a coincidence. (Kristian could’ve of course seen the cited strip earlier and forgotten about it, but the basic idea of “scare back the children at halloween” doesn’t seem so obscure to make me doubt a coincidence.)
Ah, you’re right, I’m a fan of Formal Sweatpants so I had definitely read that comic at some point – but afterwards probably forgotten about it. I didn’t even think of Googling for similar comics, which I sometimes do. Anyway, the funny part for me was how the guy would show up at the asylum and hand out candy to the kids – as if that would fix anything, haha. Oh well.
I don’t think that’s the implication (unless the poster is known to troll like that), I think it’s just “look, I’ve seen a similar joke performed by someone else sometime else”. And getting upset about that is like getting upset about standup comedians borrowing parts of their routine from other comedians.
Besides, they are rather different. For one thing, Kristian’s strip has an actual punchline. :P
I wanted to do the same thing on Halloween! My dad likes to buy random props and I knew that somewhere in the house was a scary mask and a severed forearm. I wanted to greet the trick-or-treaters wearing the mask and having my arm “accidentally” fall into their bags, but then I realised that this is Australia, Halloween isn’t as big as in the US, and I would probably send those kids running for their life.
