I had made the gatling gun < -> organ grinder connection earlier, but I couldn’t come up with anything better than organ grinder monkeys figthing each other with gatling guns or something. Which doesn’t really make any sense.
Also, don’t worry – monkeying around with puns in the comments is greatly encouraged here.
