I thought that is was a creepy man in a bear suit at first, which led to being confused by the last panel. Then I got it. And laughed. :)

This is bad business… I mean the bear had the money
Nice, but i still don’t understand why bear cannot buy honey, when he had enough money? And where is tiger, donkey and piglet? :-P
Even though the bear has the money, he still can’t buy the honey, because the money was stolen from a bank. (In the last panel, you can see the bear’s face on a “Wanted” poster.)
The store probably has a policy that it won’t accept stolen money.
(Hmmm… looking again, I think that poster probably says “BANNED,” and not “BANK.” Oh, well, there’s still probably a very good reason the bear is not allowed in the store.)

That face on the mask made me laugh so hard I was shaking. I don’t think I can go grocery shopping any more, I will be thinking of this.
