Here is a comic strip to celebrate that Optipess now is 5 years old! Huge thanks to everyone who have visited the site over these past few years, I probably wouldn’t have stuck with this for so long if it weren’t for you guys. Here’s to 5 more! (Hopefully.) As a birthday gift, it would [...]

Finally! Here is a brand new comic strip. This one depicts some truly helpful information to aid you while flying. Oh, and I should be back on track now, so the next new one will appear on Friday – just keep checking in religiously!
Phew, here’s a new comic strip. Sorry for the missed update last week! Unfortunately I might have to miss a couple more updates in the coming week(s) as well. I’ve finished a mysterious newspaper project (more about that later), but I’ll also be busy being the best man in an upcoming wedding(!). However, things will [...]
Edit, Jan 16th 2013: You can now purchase a print of this comic over at Society6! Click the link and you will be taken there, as if by magic! Aww, I guess even Great Old Ones can get bored of the eternal waiting period before they can rule the world. And yes, they have Playmobil [...]
This one’s maybe pretty obscure, deliberately so, I guess! Ohwell. (Infact, I used to do a lot more of these “meta” comics when first starting out, but eventually I shied away from them, thinking they’d be too self-reflexive. I think I still have some lying around, though. Hm, I might dig them up…)
Ah, here’s a summery comic, just for you! I think this one was inspired by the classic Amiga/PC game Populous, actually (…and definitely not the Madonna movie.)
Ah yes, this comic is more or less a direct sequel to this strip, or at least a re-imagined version from a different angle (quite literally). So maybe this will turn into a trilogy after all (nope), so stay tuned for the third and final chapter in 5 years! (Don’t.)
Yep, it’s another Cthulhu comic – and it may or may not be the weirdest thing I’ve ever made! It’s definitely the most topical. (This one sports the “animated” tag, so be sure to click through to the site if you’re reading from a RSS reader without animation support.)
Um yeah, maybe I should’ve gone with David Bowie at the end after all. But then again, drawing his spandex pants would definitely prove too troublesome — both technically and emotionally.
Introducing the ‘cthulhu’ tag! I may have another strip in the pipeline featuring everyones favorite Great Old One, although it will probably be saved for a certain upcoming international prank day. (Also, I saw the modern silent film The Call of Cthulhu as “research” for this strip. Highly recommended for any Lovecraft fan.)
